These terms govern use of Lincoln County Inmate Population. By using this site, you agree to use it only as a public reference tool and to verify official records with the office that created them.

Private Reference Site

This site is privately operated. It is not affiliated with Lincoln County, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, the Lincoln County Detention Center, Nebraska courts, NDCS, BOP, ICE, or any government agency.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site for lawful personal reference. You may not use it to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, misuse personal information, bypass security, overload systems, scrape at abusive scale, or interfere with the site or its partners.

No FCRA Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information from this site may not be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, licensing, eligibility, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Links and Third Parties

Links may point to sheriff pages, court systems, state agencies, federal agencies, ICE, statutes, advertisers, or search partners. A link does not mean endorsement. Third-party sites control their own content, prices, data, and terms.
